Today’s Date

 

 

 I am hiring Dayger Photography to photograph the wedding of:

 

 John Doe and Jane Smith, on Wedding Date, 2009.

 

 

The photographer will meet the couple at a place to be determined at time.

 

The wedding will be held at a place to be determined at time.

 

Photographs will also be taken after the ceremony at a scenic location to be determined.

 

The reception will be held at a place to be determined at time.

 

The couple is purchasing the DIAMOND PACKAGE at the rate of $1500.

 

 

Payments will be made as follows:

 

$450 at time wedding is booked

$400 on the wedding day

$400 when wedding album & DVDs are delivered.

$250 when leather bound album is delivered.

 

 

Dayger Photography will provide the coverage as detailed under the Diamond Package on our “Wedding Photography Rate Sheet.”  This includes either an engagement or a pre-bridal photo session prior to the wedding.  Coverage on the wedding day will be provided by two photographers.

 

 Dayger Photography will provide the wedding couple with an album containing a minimum of   

250 3 1/2 x5 color prints taken during the events mentioned above.  A leather bound album containing 24-8x10 prints of the couple’s choosing will be completed after selections are made.  A DVD containing ALL the images from the above event will be provided to the couple.  A second DVD will contain a slide show of the images in the wedding album.

 

 Dayger Photography will provide a letter releasing the reproduction rights to all digital files to the couple.  Additional prints, enlargements, DVDs, albums, and parents albums can be added on to any package purchased above.
